Sheraton Charlotte Hotel

The place was clean with private parking and an amazing bed. The double room was stocked, had a hair dryer, a big desk, and a safe. The food was outstanding in the restaurant. The breakfast was incredible and free, the check in was early. Really enjoyable stay, we were there for 1 day...

Good standard accommodation with favourable setting right by many bars and attractions, shops / restaurants, and the United States. Generous sized and brand-new room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Outstanding service, parking outside. Good pool area too.

Wonderful and decent location, 15 minutes' walk to an Uptown - area stadium. Room was impressive and staff AWESOME.

Rather small room.

The staff were very accomodating,helpful and informative. Nice pool area. Good place to relax. The Blake hotel is very close to the city and the much life it has to offer.

The breakfast was dissappointing. The scrambled egg was like a road kill!

I had an excellent stay with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was delicious, and I enjoyed the spacious room with a stunning view. The indoor pool was nice, despite it being lukewarm.

We stayed for the swim meet across the street so the location was perfect. love that you can pay for later check out time. hotel was clean and front desk was extremely friendly and helpful

The hallway was warm and the july temp outside was below normal.. hallway was dated and dark- wallpaper in room was old and dingy...ice machines not on every floor and elevators need to be updated. The elevators are slow, so plan extra time and the doors will close on you.

Great location with modern amenities

The room was spacious with excellent lighting, which helped get ready quickly. The rooftop bar had great views. I was disappointed with the inconsistent cleaning service .

The staff was friendly, and the facilities were well maintained, made up for the small hiccups in service. It was a satisfying visit.

I really liked the room set up and the comfort of the bed while sleeping.

When I checked in they had already checked me in, but in reality they had checked my room in for someone else under my name. Made the process long and a little frustrating.

Loved the pool and the private cabanas, free shuttle service, excellent staff, comfortable room w/nice lighting behind the mirror, nicely designed lobby.

We would have liked more light options in the room as there were only 2 lamps and no overhead lights--it got pretty dim when we tried to read at night. The movie cable channels didn't come in well and the picture was pixelated. Even when one of the staff came by to try to fix it, it still didn't come in. Appreciated that they did try to fix it and offered to give us another room.

i think Blake hotel is suitable for business trip

Every member of staff who I or my girlfriend came across were extremely helpful and very very friendly. An absolute asset to the Hotel. 2 in particular were Kyle and one of the receponists we never got his name but he was tall and wore glasses, both were above and beyond helpful.

Just the bathrooms, the room itself was perfect an very comfortable and well furnished, just the bathrooms seemed dated and basic.

The dining scene here was a real treat, with a stellar food selection that kept my taste buds dancing. I highly recommend checking out QTavern nearby for some local flair. The hotel itself had a well-stocked bar lounge that was perfect for winding down after a busy day.

Although I expected a shuttle to and from the airport, it was a bit of a hassle to arrange. Plus, a continental breakfast should definitely be part of the deal for the rates they charge-no one mentioned breakfast included, a letdown.
